The Carer Navigator is produced by Mental Health Carers Voice. Mental Health Carers Voice is part of Carers ACT and is subject to Carers ACT’s policies and procedures.

Carers ACT Ltd ACN 600 578 872 ABN 99 732 929 957 (‘Carers ACT’) publishes websites, social media sites and other electronic communications (‘our electronic media’) to provide information for the benefit of caring families, the professionals who support them, the funding bodies, agencies and individuals who support initiatives for caring families, and the general public.

These terms and conditions of use outline the conditions under which you agree to use our electronic media. If you commence or continue to access and use our electronic media, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be legally bound by them.

Links to The Carer Navigator

You may insert a link to The Carer Navigator on your website or other electronic media, provided that:

  • You clearly differentiate between Mental Health Carers Voice content and your own content
  • The link does not imply or indicate endorsement, approval or sponsorship by Mental Health Carers Voice of your organisation or its published content, products and services
  • You do not attach a commercial charge to the availability of our content
  • The words ‘Mental Health Carers Voice’ or the URL ‘www.mhcv.org.au’ form part of the link text

Carers ACT/Mental Health Carers Voice reserves the right to request the removal of any link to our content at any time. Upon request from us, you must immediately remove any link to our content.

Endorsements

You may not use any content that we publish via our electronic media (including, but not limited to, text, trade names, logos, URLs or interactive devices) in a manner that suggests endorsement, approval or sponsorship by Carers ACT/Mental Health Carers Voice of your organisation or its published content, products and services without prior written permission from Carers ACT.

Email addresses and SPAM

The presence of email addresses on our electronic media does not infer consent to send unsolicited commercial electronic messages (SPAM) to those addresses.
